The hotel lobby incorporates elements inspired by the classic Chinese gardens that once engulfed the shores of Jinsha Lake. According to Wilson Associates, the design firm created open spaces in the lobby create intimate enclaves for social interaction or moments of solitude.

There is also a lush green wall that acts as a backdrop to a bleacher-style seating area. Meanwhile, the hotel’s lounge area is covered by a wood-slat pitched ceiling that pays homage to traditional Chinese farmhouse architecture.
