Finding a place to watch Super Bowl LVII in Manila is possible, although your choices this year may be limited. Some venues will be open at 7:30am to show the big game, but unfortunately the pandemic claimed several amazing sports bars that would have been options previously.
This is a shame. It is also a shame Shakey’s Pizza, Buffalo Wild Wings and TGI Friday’s all have branches in the Philippines but you can’t watch Super Bowl LVII at any of them. As an American, I find that to be a real bummer.
However, hope is not lost. There are a few places you can watch Super Bowl LVII in Manila. And the sports bars that will be open are all pretty cool spots in their own unique way.

Places you can watch Super Bowl LVII in Manila
Skinny Mike’s
Considering they are open 24 hours a day, we are going to assume Skinny Mike’s is among the places you can watch Super Bowl LVII in Manila even if they haven’t officially announced anything at the time of publication. They had the game on last year and before COVID-19, this place did some pretty awesome Super Bowl parties. You’ll find them in BCG.
Handlebar Bar and Grill
If there is one place guaranteed to be showing Super Bowl LVII, it is Handlebar Bar and Grill. This sports bar has been broadcasting the big game for as long as I can remember. This year they are offering a breakfast with unlimited coffee until 10:00am for PHP699. It is located in Bel-Air, Makati.

H&J Sports Bar and Restaurant
Also in Makati is H&J Sports Bar and Restaurant. Not only are they showing this year’s contest between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, but apparently they’ll be open 24 hours meaning you can pregame for as long as you like.
Hotels
Historically speaking, several hotel sports bars will open earlier for screenings of the Super Bowl, although which ones do vary and they don’t announce plans until the last minute, if at all. Your best bets are Snaps Sports Bar inside Sofitel Philippine Plaza and the Marriott Manila.
