There has been no shortage of buzz around One Bangkok since it first launched in 2018. And the site next to Lumphini Park continues to spring up from the ground. With buildings now visible, many are wondering what will actually be there when its first phase opens during the early parts of 2024. Those details remain scarce.
We do know One Bangkok will have a total of nine towers with five containing office space, three hosting hotels and three focused on residential. As the numbers indicate, some of the towers will feature split usage. Additionally, four unique retail areas are currently in the works.
Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the mixed-use development will be the ‘Live Entertainment Arena,’ which will showcase concerts and other entertainment activities. This give the Thai capital another performance venue in the city center following EmSphere.
Several towers remain without a name or any information on what will actually be inside apart from function. Here is everything announced for One Bangkok.

Everything announced for One Bangkok
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Bangkok
Of everything to be announced at One Bangkok, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Bangkok is the one thing set in stone. This will be the first Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Thailand’s Capital and is slated to open as part of the first phase. It will be located in the lower half of a 50-story tower and contain 259 rooms.
One Bangkok Residences (TBD)
Taking up the other 25 stories of that tower is One Bangkok Residences. Not much has been made of this residential component since it was first announced as part of an initial media blitz in 2019. Original plans called for it to have 110 ultra-luxury, multi-bedroom apartments to be managed separately from the hotel. It remains to be seen if that is still the plan.
Andaz One Bangkok
Andaz Hotel was announced in early 2022 and will be the first Andaz-branded property in Bangkok. The 244-room hotel will open in 2024 as part of the first phase.
Signature Tower
We still don’t know if the Signature Tower is a placeholder name or the final product. Regardless, it will be a sight to behold once finished–standing 430 meters tall. This makes it Thailand’s tallest building and places the skyscraper among ASEAN’s ten tallest towers. The record-breaking tower will hold office space and a super luxury hotel, although neither has been branded as of publication.
