Fair House Villas & Spa Samui is a boutique hotel located on the far eastern end of Maenam Beach. With suites available for around US$50 per night, it is a lot cheaper than similar branded properties. Of course, that means there is usually a catch.
As a boutique hotel, there are some shortcomings, but the price means it is possible to look past these. Even the cheapest rooms at Fair House villas are impressive. The spacious bathroom was a highlight for me, but I also liked the setup with everything facing towards the sea view even if the amount of sea you will see left something to be desired.
