It’s hard to find a good breakfast on Ekkamai. There are plenty of good brunch spots. But sometimes I want a hearty meal at 7:30 am and not a cutesy meal at 10:30 am. Until recently, that was pretty much impossible. Butcher King Burger has brought the heat and the meat to morning dining.

If you can’t tell by the name, Butcher King Burger specializes in handcrafted burgers. And these are fantastic. The menu features a lot of unique creations that you won’t find anywhere else. However, it was something different that attracted me to this eatery.
I was on the hunt for a good breakfast around Ekkamai early one morning. As one of the only places that opens before 10am, Butcher King Burger my only option. Not only is it open 24-hours a day, but it has an all-day breakfast menu. It was enough for me to give it a try.
And boy, I’m glad I did. There are so many awesome breakfast options here that it was actually a bit hard for me to pick just one. Ultimately, the Butcher King Benedict was too tempting to pass up. All I can say is wow. This is one of the best versions of eggs benedict I have ever eaten.
The Butcher King Benedict uses US sirloin for protein and adds its signature sauce in addition to hollandaise. What makes it great is just how tender and flavorful the sirloin is. Everything just comes together so well.
There several other morning options available, including more traditional versions of eggs benedict, a breakfast burger and a steak and eggs platter. There is even a smashed avocado toast for vegetarians. The coffee here is quite good as well. I wasn’t expecting much, but the Americano was nice.
If you’re searching for a good breakfast on Ekkamai, Butcher King Burger is the place to go. And since they never close, you can have it whenever you want. Of course, the menu here is quite diverse and it may be hard to pass up one of their signature burgers.

Recommendation
Meat. Although that is pretty obvious. Both The Butcher King Breakfast and Butcher King Benedict are awesome if you want a hearty meal to start your morning. Or anytime for that matter since they are open 24-hours a day.
On the burger side of the menu, it’s hard to look past the Truffle Burrata Bomb.
Price
Butcher King Burger is expensive, but the price truly reflects the quality. We are talking premium Wagyu, pretzel buns and top-of-the-line ingredients. All things considered, you won’t regret eating here despite the price.
Getting there
Butcher King Burger is located on the ground level of Donki Mall Thonglor. It’s to the right of Don Don Donki next to the Little Dining food court area.
From BTS Ekkamai, you can hop on the free Donki Mall shuttle which stops in front of Major Ekkamai. A motorbike from the BTS station will set you back THB20. There is plenty of parking at Donki Mall.
